"Reflecting Joy" is based off an original 4x6 watercolor painting from the "Flooded with Joy" Collection by Rebecca Bishop.

This painting was completed in the dark because of the severity of my migraines. I was very surprised when I later saw how joyfully vibrant the colors were. 

The "Flooded With Joy" collection of 20+ watercolor paintings were completed while I was displaced. I temporarily stayed in 10 different places for 80+ days when flooded out of my home.  After work, I would arrive to my temporary lodgings exhausted but grateful for my paintbrush.  I painted in various hotels, bedrooms, and temporary homes.

My paintbrush literally saved my sanity when I was flooded out of my home. When living in various places, I never turned on the TV/movies because of my visual difficulties (from a brain injury). 

I needed something to look forward to when I woke up in an unfamiliar place each day. I turned to my paintbrush to create beauty and relaxation. I was excited each morning to discover what the painting would look like dried. You can create happiness no matter where you are.

This painting was displayed at the Utah County Watercolor Art Show.

Printed on a beautiful linen paper (up to 12x18 inches) with archival ink.

Note, all sizes smaller than 12x18 are printed to the edges (full-bleed) without a white border. The 12x18 print has a small 3/8 inch white border around the image.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check colors on multiple screens. I try my best to represent the tones/colors in my artwork honestly and clearly.

These prints are fulfilled by a local print shop within about 15-20 days. Processing time varies on the quantity of prints ordered.
