Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):
Shipping is not guaranteed in time for holidays (including Christmas) because of holiday shipping delays. However, if your purchase is a gift and you would like to have something under the tree, contact me at myartsypaint@gmail.com.
Shipping costs cover domestic fees, packaging supplies time, labor, and storage.
Artwork will be packaged with care and shipped once it has had sufficient time to dry so it won’t be ruined during transit. Shipping, frames, and mats are not included in the listing price unless noted otherwise. You will be sent an invoice if shipping costs were more or less than the estimated shipping costs paid.
Artwork is packaged with special care but I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages incurred once the artwork leaves my studio. Please allow extra time for shipping because of typical delays due to covid-19 and the holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I am not currently offering shipping outside of the USA or Canada. However, you can still contact me if you’re interested in receiving my artwork internationally. Please email your request to myartsypaint@gmail.com before purchasing artwork.
International Shipping Costs: My pricing does not include the border fees, duties, and handling fees that may be charged by Canada (or other international countries). The customer is responsible for paying their country’s duty/tax fees. During checkout, the shipping costs calculated are based upon your package’s weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ you will be notified via email and sent an invoice if additional shipping charges are necessary.
